Providing safe, secured, and stable housing for returning citizens and at risk youth to go along with wraparound services such as coaching programs for financial literacy, life,work, personal development skills assisting them to successfully reintegrate to the community and preventing recidivism.
Our Vision
Our vision is to create a community where every returning citizen and at-risk youth has access to safe and stable housing, to establish a highly successful transitional housing program that empowers returning citizens to transform their lives by developing comprehensive wraparound services that empower them with the necessary skills and support for successful reintegration into society. Through coaching programs for financial literacy, life and work skills, and personal development, we aim to prevent recidivism and foster long-term independence and resilience.
General Eligibility Criteria

All returning citizens including youth and veterans.

Must reside in District of Columbia

Documentation of recent Tuberculosis (TB) test

Documentation of FBOP / DOC release papers

Release MUST be under 1 year

Participating in structured meetings covering areas related to substance abuse, personal hygiene, life skills training

Prior to entry, you must be drug free for at least 30 days

Safe and affordable housing for up to 12 months
Job training and placement assistance
Counseling and mental health services
Life skills training, including financial management, conflict resolution, and time management
Legal support and assistance with expungement of criminal records
Food access/ storage
Collaborate with local re-entry programs
